Hello Families,

I hope everyone had a great 3 day weekend. This week in Advanced Culinary we are continuing with our pasta making unit with some potato gnocchi this week. These are soft little dumplings and we’re going to pair that with Amatriciana Sauce which is a tomato sauce fortified with caramelized onions and bacon.
