Week 24 in Culinary 1: Feb 1-5
I apologize for the lateness of this weekly class update. It’s been an incredibly busy week with softball and classes. This week we are finishing up with our mother sauces with the making of hollandaise. This is one of the more difficult sauces to make because of it’s fragility. The students are finding out how difficult it is but are sticking with it and persevering. I hope everyone has a great week!
