Week 25 in Culinary 1: Feb. 8-12
I hope everyone had a great weekend. This week in Culinary 1 we are finishing our sauce unit with the Buerre Blanc sauce that we didn’t get to last Friday. Next we will start our vinaigrette and salads unit. The students will learn the basics of different oils and vinegar, like how they’re made, which combinations to use together and the actual process of making a vinagrette as well as how to choose the proper lettuces for your salad.
